DACUMs (job competency profiles) have been proven to be a solid foundation upon which you can structure and develop both people and organizations.
It is a tool to ensure a defendable, consistent approach to performance planning, staff competency development, training and carrier planning and performance management.
The DACUM Philosophy is that expert workers can describe and define their jobs more accurately than anyone else.
